Lately, there has been increasing interest in finding alternative strategies to standard immunosuppressive therapy in order to avoid the problems associated with its serious side effects. All these are on the basis of accurate and careful selection of well-motivated candidates. The face is enormously important in defining personal identity. Tacrolimus especially, a potent calcineurin inhibitor, is known for its serious nephrotoxicity [ 12 ].
